As a former chef, I spent years working in some of the best kitchens, where Japanese knives were my constant companions. I was always fascinated by their sharpness, durability, and the way they could bring out the best in every ingredient. Whether it was the delicate precision of a sushi knife or the versatile sharpness of a Gyuto, Japanese knives became an indispensable part of my daily work. 

After many years of refining my skills and learning from the best, I decided to end my career in gastronomy and embark on a new journey. However, my passion for Japanese knives remained, and so I decided to share it with others. That's why I opened this shop – to offer the highest quality Japanese knives and accessories to fellow chefs and cooking enthusiasts in the Czech Republic.
