Withdrawal from contract / Return of goods

You can return the goods in two ways:

• Via your customer account – log in and click on "Request a return" for the order.
• Via the form below – fill in the form and we will contact you with a return label.
  

The statutory period for withdrawal without giving a reason is 14 days from receipt of the goods.
