Return and withdrawal policy
Under Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract (for example, a contract concluded online) without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
How to return goods:
- Complete the withdrawal form on our website.
- After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.
- Within 24 hours, we will email you a return shipping label for your parcel.
- Send the goods to: Sharp Industry s.r.o. / Jan Tomanec, U Pernštejnských 1379/8, 140 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic.
Please return the goods complete, unused, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Refunds
We issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that they have been sent back.
We cover the cost of return shipping. Returns are completely FREE for customers unless otherwise agreed.
For defective goods, the standard complaints procedure applies under Section 2099 and subsequent sections of the Czech Civil Code.
