Product description
This versatile Gyuto kitchen knife is the ideal choice for everyday use in both home and professional kitchens. Known as the Japanese version of the Western chef's knife, the Gyuto is not only suitable for meat, but also handles vegetables or fish just as well. With its double-edged edge and 190 mm blade length, it offers versatility and precision in every cut.
The blade is made of high-purity V-Gold No.1 stainless steel, sandwiched between two softer layers of stainless steel. This three-layer (san-mai) laminated material combines excellent corrosion resistance with long edge life and easy sharpening.
The handle made of black laminated plywood is ergonomically shaped and moisture-resistant, which guarantees a long service life even during more demanding operations.
