The professional elastic rubber cutting board HASEGAWA RM5 combines hygiene, safety and knife blade protection. Made of antibacterial rubber that does not slip, does not absorb odors or liquids , and at the same time protects the blade much better than ordinary plastic or wooden cutting boards.
Made in Japan - designed for kitchens where quality is not compromised.


Product description

The HASEGAWA RM5 rubber cutting board is made of soft but durable antibacterial rubber (elastomer) , which provides an exceptionally stable and hygienic surface for everyday kitchen work.
Unlike plastic or wooden cutting boards, this material is non-porous, does not absorb odors , and thanks to its slight elasticity, it protects the knife blade , thus extending its lifespan.

The special anti-slip structure prevents the cutting board from moving on the work surface, even when the surface is wet or oily. At the same time, the mat does not bend or deform , ensuring even and safe work.

The rubber used in production is certified for food contact , does not contain phthalates or BPA, and is treated with an antibacterial additive that suppresses the growth of bacteria on the surface.

This 600 x 300 x 5 mm model (RM5-6030) is ideal for general kitchen use – meat, vegetables, fish and fruit. The larger RM5-7045 version (700 x 450 x 5 mm) is suitable for professional kitchens.

Maintenance & tips

  • After use, rinse with clean water and let dry freely.
