- Precision heat treatment maximizes blade sharpness and durability.
- Longer and narrower than a Santoku knife, ideal for slicing meat and removing tendons.
- Elegant octagonal handle made of Zelkova wood (Bonsai - elm family) for a comfortable grip.
- Recommended for professional chefs and home cooking enthusiasts.
Sharpness & maintenance
- The blade is coated with a protective varnish to prevent corrosion during transport.
- The varnish will gradually wear off, but for maximum sharpness, we recommend sharpening the knife before first use .
- Since it is carbon steel , regular maintenance is required to prevent corrosion.
- Wipe dry after use and avoid prolonged contact with moisture.
Important information
- Each knife is handmade , so there may be slight differences in size, fine scratches or small irregularities.
- The black forged finish reduces the visibility of rust, but proper care is still needed.
- Not suitable for dishwasher.
