This small Sanjuzu kitchen knife with a blade length of 105 mm is a great helper for everyday kitchen tasks that require precision and control. The original Sanjuzu design combines versatility with practicality - the shape of the blade allows you to use the tip, belly and base as needed, making it an ideal tool for working with fish, meat and vegetables.
The blade is made of three-layer laminated high-carbon steel, which ensures excellent sharpness and easy sharpening. The core of the knife is made of M-1 carbon steel, which ensures high sharpness, while the blade surface is made of stainless steel, so it is resistant to corrosion, which extends its lifespan.
The magnolia wood handle with plastic ring (mekugi) is firmly attached and structurally designed to not come loose during use. Overall, this is an ideal smaller knife for detailed and precise work in the kitchen.
