The knife is made of high-quality Japanese carbon steel with approximately 0.95% carbon, which excels in sharpness and easy blade renewal. Thanks to its hardness and precision, it is often used in the processing industry and meat processing plants.

The natural rosewood handle fits well in the hand and provides a secure grip even during demanding work. Each piece is original - the color of the wood may vary slightly.
