Limited Edition — The Tosa Tsukasa Kiritsuke Santoku 165mm is a knife for those who refuse to compromise. Forged in Japan's Kōchi Prefecture by the traditional craftsmen of Tosa, it combines the aggressive aesthetic of a kurouchi finish with the precision of Suminagashi (carbon steel) Damascus steel.

Description

The Kiritsuke Santoku is a hybrid shape that blends the versatility of a santoku with the elegant tip of a kiritsuke. The result is a knife that handles delicate slicing and tougher kitchen tasks with natural ease. The kurouchi finish — raw, unpolished — reveals the character of the steel and protects the blade from oxidation. Each piece is unique.
